In this course, we’ll learn about managing vendors—the process, the benefits, and the challenges you may experience. We’ll talk about the differences between Request for Quote (RFQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) and when to use each one. And we’ll discuss a manager’s responsibilities when it comes to vendors and ensuring they are performing up to expectations by conducting periodic audits and reviews.
