Succession Planning (Medicaid)

In this course, we’ll learn about what succession planning is and why it is important, as well as the various impacts a smooth and coordinated succession planning process can have on the overall organization. We’ll look at how to properly conduct exit interviews and obtain useful information through them, and we’ll touch upon how to improve employee retention rates. And we’ll also examine strategies for planning the succession process, including your own.
