Maintaining Survey Readiness (Medi-Cal)

In this course, we’ll learn about how managers and department leaders can prepare for the myriad of different hospital surveys and the organizations conducting them, including CMS, the Joint Commission, and other certifying bodies like the Magnet Recognition Program and the Leapfrog Group. We’ll discuss how to prepare for surveys and what to do on the day of the survey itself.
