In this course, we will discuss how to maximize an organization's efforts towards medication safety and administration, enhance technology and stakeholder involvement, and utilize best practices from the national ADE Action Plan.
- Name and establish the various roles of the care team members involved in medication administration
- Recognize tactics for preventing adverse drug events
- Create strategies for involving the patient in their care plans as it relates to medications
