Health Insurance Marketplaces

The marketplaces began operating in 2014 and allow individuals to sign up for insurance benefits with multiple private payers. This e-learning course describes how benefits are delivered in the marketplaces, how payers provide prescription drug coverage, and what the Affordable Care Act mandates for coverage and benefits in the marketplaces.
