In this course, we will discuss ways for organizations to identify and accommodate diverse populations, including gender identity and mental and behavioral health patient populations.

• Identify protected classes of people
• Establish guidelines for adding gender identity and mental and behavioral health patient populations to existing policies
• Construct communication and training around these policies and procedures updates
