Driving CG-CAHPS Score Improvement: Patient Care Experience (Medi-Cal)
In this course, we’ll learn about the Clinician & Group Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CG-CAHPS) survey, the five measures it scores healthcare providers on, which measure providers scored the lowest on, and potential solutions to improve it. Additionally, we’ll examine new and supplemental questions that have recently been added to the CG-CAHPS survey.

- Create strategies that improve the management of patient care and the patient experience
- Define the purpose of the supplemental CG-CAHPS survey questions
