In this course, we’ll learn about what change management is and why it’s important, as well as difficulties managers may face in executing it. We’ll examine three approaches that organizations can use to smooth over the change management process and implementation.

• Describe organizational characteristics that impede change
• Identify the characteristics of top-down, collaborative change from within, and tipping point change approaches
• Discuss considerations for choosing a change management approach
