This course will provide an overview of the training personnel must complete in order to become CACs and the processes CACs use to assist applicants.

• Describe the role of a Certified Application Counselor (CAC)
• Outline the application process and ways to assess client needs
• Support clients through enrollment, appeals, and annual redetermination processes
